Effective Date: May 18, 2026. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and POS Master.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing POS Master, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue your use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Software License
POS Master provides a cloud-based retail operating system. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform for internal business operations. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute our source code.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the platform to: (a) conduct illegal activities; (b) compromise our system integrity; (c) transmit malicious software; or (d) interfere with other users' access to the platform. Violation of these terms will lead to immediate account suspension.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is up-to-date. If a payment fails, your access to the POS Master dashboard may be restricted until the balance is cleared.
5. Termination
POS Master reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods. Upon termination, your data access will be revoked in accordance with our data retention policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, POS Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous six months.
